The Prayer Flag Project is back for its third year!  What began in the summer of 2024 as a heartfelt response to the suffering in our world continues to grow.  It offers a way for people to gather together to create beauty, reflect, and bring care to challenging times.

Rooted in the ancient Tibetan tradition of flying flags for peace, compassion, and healing, this project blends those intentions with the natural beauty of eco-printing. Each flag carries the colors and impressions of the natural world, created using locally gathered leaves and flowers.

During each day-long gathering, participants will create two prayer flags — one to donate to a local community group (chosen by participants at each gathering), and one to keep.

No prior eco-printing experience is needed — only a willingness to gather, create and participate in our collective act of peace.
